For the last 6-7 years, Phil has headed up the category team looking after Convenience and Wholesale sectors becoming an expert in understanding the convenience shoppers and the needs of independent and national retailers and wholesalers. A passionate supporter of mental health and smashing the stigma, Phil also works as a Mental Health Ally within Mondelez and has been formally trained by Mental Health First Aid England.
